Booking terms and conditions
Check-in: From 15:00 to 18:00. For arrivals at different times, please contact the reception in advance. 150 euro damage deposit requested upon arrival.

Check-out: From 09:00 to 10:00.

Additional charges: The mandatory fee to be paid on site for final cleaning is 40 euros per apartment. The kitchen must be left clean before departure and rubbish removed. If not, 100 Euro will be deduced to cover the extra cleaning required.

From 01/10 to 30/04, heating is provided on request for a daily supplement of 15 euros.

Children and additional beds: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 small towel per person and 1 foot towel per apartment, bed linen are supplied. Children under 4 years are charged 4 euro per per night in if sleeping in a cot.

Pets: Small pets are welcome. A supplement of 50 euro for stay per pet is charged.

Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI or BANCOMAT. Cash under 3000 euro, cheques drawn on an Italian bank account.

Taxes: Tourist tax of 1 euro/night for each guest (children under 12 years of age are exempt).
